Car Wash Express opened its doors in November of 1998, the day after Thanksgiving, operating with 4 self-serve bays and 1 touch free automatic in Jesup, Georgia. Since then, things have certainly progressed. Today, Car Wash Express has 10 highly successful locations operating throughout southeast Georgia.
A privately held company, owner Robert Greene prides himself on being from this area, born in Brunswick, Georgia and now residing in McIntosh County. Robert has always felt the importance of reinvesting new resources and revenue back into his hometown area and continues to bring new and innovating technologies in car wash equipment to the area.

January 2000 - Car Wash Express opens Richmond Hill, Georgia location with 4 more self-serve bays and 1 touch free automatic.
May 2001 - Car Wash Express opens Hinesville, Georgia location operating our first double touch free automatics.
January 2004 - Car Wash Express acquires 3 self-serve bays and 1 touch free automatic in Brunswick, Georgia. The site was renovated and opened in March 2004. Also in January of 2004, Car Wash Express acquired our Kingsland location with 3 self-serve bays and 2 touch free automatics and our St. Mary's location with 2 self-serve bays and 1 touch free automatic.
September 2005 - Car Wash Express acquires 4 self-serve bays and 1 touch free automatic in Darien, Georgia. The site was renovated with new self-serve meters and vacuums.
December 2007 - Car Wash Express acquires the Car Care Car Wash self-serve locations. Renovations are scheduled for 2008.
April 2008 - Car Wash Express opens our newest location in Pooler, Georgia, the beginning of a new era with the launch of our first 125 ft. MacNeil Express Tunnel with 5 self-serve bays that have ICS technologically advanced self-service touch screens, the first in the United States.
